| How long has your company been in business?
| Sounds Unlimited DJ Show has been in business since 1980. Before that I DJ’d for a radio station that also had a mobile DJ service and at Beaver Dam’s popular nightclub, “The Lighthouse”. Make sure you hire an experienced DJ to provide entertainment at your wedding celebration. A less experienced DJ may be adequate for a school dance or backyard party. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE with a “once in a lifetime” event. |

What type of music do you play? |
We have all types of music. Whether it’s Rock n’ Roll, Oldies and Classic Rock from the 50’s through the present, R & B, Country, Big Band and Swing, Polkas or specialty music, more than likely we have it. Our music is strictly clean and radio edited. |
| Is your music up to date? |
| We constantly update our music database. |
| Do you take requests? |
| Absolutely! I encourage requests. Not only prior to the event but also during. We will work in your requests during the appropriate times to keep your dance floor full and your guests happy. |

Can I bring my own music? |
| Of course! Although our music selection is quite exceptional, we do not own every song. If we do not have a specific song, we will gladly accept your copy on CD to play at your event. We’ll promptly return it at the end of the night. |

| How early should we book? |
| Simply put…the sooner the better. Many weddings are planned at least a year in advance. Depending on availability some dates remain open until the month before or even the week before. So if you’re planning an event for next month or next week, it will be worth it to check our availability. If you’re just starting your planning, try to make your final decision as soon as possible to ensure our availability.

| Can I see you perform at an event before I decide to hire you? |
| I get asked this occasionally and it is a very tough one. While I understand the desire to see me perform at a wedding, I highly respect my client's right to privacy. I have found it very awkward to ask a client if I can bring strangers to their event (especially a wedding). My solution is to provide you with personal references that have given me permission to use them as such. I'm confident that once you talk with me on the phone or in person, you'll feel comfortable hiring me for your event. |
| Have you ever cancelled on a client? |
| Never. Not once in over 30 years. I take my work very seriously. |

How much does your disc jockey service cost? |
You might be surprised how little the difference in cost between a low budget, inexperienced DJ and a highly qualified professional. Human jukeboxes will always
charge less than Entertainment Professionals. Our rates are very competitive and we will be more than happy to discuss your event with you and quote you a price. Please feel free to contact us. |

| It seems very expensive per hour to hire a professional DJ. Why is that? |
| The "hourly" rate for a professional DJ is very misleading. The perception is that we are paid only for the hours that we are at the event. Totally false. For a typical wedding performance, I work between four and six hours — prior to the actual performance. Depending on the situation, I meet with my clients in person and on the phone many times, I speak to the other vendors (especially the venue coordinator) prior to the event date, on occasion I will visit the venue if I am unfamiliar with it, I research and purchase music when I don't have something that was requested, and anything else that is required to make certain that the performance goes exactly how my customer wants it to go. The price also includes drive time (sometimes up to 1 or more hour each way) and set up and break down time (easily 2 hours for both). |
| What is the payment schedule? |
| A deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due the day of the event. |
| Do you provide a written contract for your services? |
| The answer is always YES. Get it in writing! |
| Can we meet with you before the event? |
| I am willing to talk with you over the telephone or meet with you in person whenever it is most convenient for you. At that time you will be able to discuss your event itinerary, music choices and any other needs specific to your event. |
| Are there any special needs for the DJ’s equipment we need to provide? |
| I will need (2) 8 foot tables for equipment and 2 electrical outlets. If the event is being held outdoors overhead cover will be required. |
| What is your performance attire? |
| Unless it's a theme party, I always dress in casual formal wear (i.e., dress slacks, dress shirt and tie). Over the years, I've found that dressing in a tuxedo takes away from the bridal party. |
